Campaign Monitor offers three different plans. Pricing includes the Offset Commerce integration and our team's support with any questions you might have when managing your campaigns.
NOTE: Reach out to our Client Experience team if you would like to filter out your Inactive Customers from Campaign Monitor, so they don't contribute to your subscriber count (relevant for monthly plans.)
Pay Per Campaign Plan
For accounts on a Pay Per Campaign plan, who only wish to pay when they send campaigns, pricing is the following:
$6 per campaign
3¢ per recipient

The Essentials Plan also includes several features that aren't available on either the Pay Per Campaign plan or the Lite plan, such as:
Unlimited inbox and spam tests
Advanced automation (event-based journeys)
Time zone sending
Liveclicker Express
Subscriber activity journeys
Lite Monthly Plan
For most clients, the feature set of our monthly plan is sufficient for their needs, however you may want to check your typical monthly email volume to see if you are typically within the range for the Lite plan.
NOTE: If you do go over your send volume on the lite plan, you'll be presented with an option to either upgrade to the Essentials plan or temporarily switch to a higher Lite plan for that given month.
